ah i feel for you. i know. it really sucks.

i was a wreck for a while when it happened to me. honestly i just reccomend trying to have as many drunken nights with some really good/funny freinds as you can, because if you can start laughing more it will help to lift your spirits.

thats what i did when i went through that; it helps slowly. it just takes time. i also smoked alot of pot for a while to help me just forget about it entirely. didn't fully work to be honest, but it did help me move past it.
